ESL / EAPP
This program is designed for non-native English speakers who wish to pursue an academic career in Canada but have not yet reached the language proficiency required for success in a Canadian academic environment.

iUPP
iUPP is designed to prepare international students who have completed a high school diploma and aspire to pursue undergraduate studies at Canadian post-secondary institutions.
MAPP
The Master’s Academic Preparation Program (MAPP) prepares international students who have completed a bachelor’s degree and who aspire to pursue graduate studies at a Canadian university.

EduGlobal is the proud pathway partner of Algoma University, located in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, with a satellite campus in Brampton, Ontario. The University is a teaching-focused, student-centered post-secondary educational institution offering liberal arts, sciences, and professional degree programs. Algoma is an innovator in learning strategies and dedication to the success of its students.
EduGlobal College (EGC) offers an English for Academic Purposes Program (EAPP) and an International Undergraduate Pathways Program (iUPP). Graduates from the two programs can ladder into Algoma University to further their academic careers. For the Admissions Requirements, please click here.
PATHWAY PROGRAMS
EduGlobal College (EGC) offers an English for Academic Purposes Program (EAPP), an International Undergraduate Pathways Program (iUPP), and a Master’s Academic Preparation Program (MAPP). Our graduates can ladder into our partner institutions’ undergraduate or graduate programs for their future academic careers.
The programs will typically be delivered over eight months, with 3 intakes per year (January, May, and September).
The EAPP, iUPP and MAPP candidates can apply for conditional acceptance to our partners’ institutions.
EAPP students who complete EAPP Level 3 with an overall average of 70%, with no individual band score below 60%, are deemed to have met the English language proficiency requirement for guaranteed admission into our partners’ undergraduate programs.
iUPP students who graduate with an overall average of B- (70% – 75%), with no individual course final grade below 60%, are deemed to have met the English language proficiency and academic requirements with 30 transferrable credits for guaranteed admission into our partners’ undergraduate programs.
MAPP prepares international students who have completed a bachelor’s degree and who aspire to pursue graduate studies at a Canadian post-secondary education institution. MAPP enhances international students’ appreciation and understanding of Canadian cultural practices while preparing them with an essential repertoire of academic and professional skills vital to navigate the challenges that they may encounter in graduate studies.
