  • High school diploma or equivalent or qualify as a

    1.     High school diploma or equivalent; or mature student status*

    *Mature students must be out of full-time education for at least two years, including high school and post-secondary institutions

    2.     English language proficiency, demonstrated through one of the following:

    1)     Evidence that at least 3 years of full-time secondary education (Grades 8-12) have been successfully completed in English in a country where English is one of the principal languages1. This may include successful completion of a BC Adult Graduation program.

    2)     2 years of full-time post-secondary education* have been completed in English in a country where English is one of the principal languages1.

    ELL, EAP courses in a post-secondary institute are not included in this
